Testing facility for lashing straps, lifting belts and round slings

Testing facility

Together with our partners we have access to a quality control facility for lashing devices. The following criteria can be checked:

• Testing length 3 m max.
• Testing force 50 tonnes max.
• Testing on machines of accuracy class 1

Testing according to the following DIN standards:

• Lashing straps -> EN 12195-2
• Lifting belts -> EN 1492-2
• Lifting belts -> EN 1492-1

For testing of a type to standard the following are required:

• Lashing straps -> 2 specimens
• Lifting belts -> 3 specimens
• Round slings -> 3 specimens

The testing costs include the preparation of a report. The testing costs indicated are for the testing of one specimen (unit under test).
