The newly designed anti-slip paper SAFETYgrip comb offers high added value due to its product and handling properties. “Constantly on the lookout for innovations that represent perfect solutions for our customers, Nordpack has again developed for a specific requirement in this case,” Sven Mehrmann at Nordpack GmbH explains about the introduction of SAFETYgrip comb anti-slip paper. He stresses the importance of communicating with the customer and of their feedback during the development process.
Due to the technically arranged honeycomb structure within a layer of anti-slip material, SAFETYgrip comb offers maximum biaxial (in all directions) anti-slip protection. This achieves higher pallet stability and for example reduces the consumption of stretch films. In-house transports can even take place completely without stretch wrapping. In addition, the cargo-friendly surface prevents scratches and vibration damage to the cargo. The special anti-slip paper is thus also suitable for high-end sales packaging.
SAFETYgrip comb is suitable for machine handling and can be processed by palletisers and packing robots. It is also available on jumbo rolls with a matching machine and can thus be integrated into each customer’s specific production process. The material itself is non-dusting, absolutely non-toxic and both recyclable and re-usable. It is also certified food safe, rounding off the catalogue of benefits of this anti-slip paper.
